First Bomb Away, and the Present

The first bomb has landed in Frankfurt! Our dear Commie A is there to put his own name (and commie system) into the current German elections! That's why he brought his little red book with him!

On another note, I was jogging along Pasir Ris Beach this afternoon when I ran past a mangrove swamp area - reminiscence of my jungle days. The once familiar sight stirred a very warm feeling in my heart. Yes the same greens that I once used to curse sometimes. It felt like meeting an old flame with whom one did not part amicably. But it felt good, and evoked nostalgic thoughts.

Don't let whatever befalls you in your present moment take you down or piss you off. What you hate one moment might be what you'll miss most the next.

To Know or Not to Know?

How differently would Virginia Woolf have written Mrs Dalloway if she was told that the story must end abruptly at a time of the publisher’s picking? How differently would I have lived my life if I knew that my life would end at a time of God’s picking?

Is it better to live not knowing when you will die or to know from the start how and when it will end?
